Juniors Dance the Afternoon Away for the NSPCC

Children from Reception to Year 6 have had a fantastic afternoon in the Hall dancing to raise money for NSPCC.

Mrs Lyn Hallard, Schools Organiser for NSPCC came into Assembly last week to talk to the children about keeping safe and introduced them to her mascot 'Buddy'. She joined them again this afternoon for a mammoth 2 hour sponsored dance work-out led by parent Mrs Lisa Arundale, through which the children are raising money for the NSPCC.

Mrs Arundale, Mrs Hallard and the children gave their all and even some of the Junior School teachers joined in - for a little while!

There was just time for a few photos with Mrs Hallard and 'Buddy' at the end of the afternoon and there were Buddy badges for all the children.

Mrs Hallard will come back into School next week to find out how much the children have raised.

Well done everyone!
