Children in Need 2016

Fulneck School began their Children in Need mission by helping Graham Liver, BBC North West newsreader and breakfast presenter on BBC Radio Lancashire. Liver hosted a special edition of his morning show from Fulneck to launch his 'bed-drag' from Pudsey in Leeds to Bare in Morecambe - a journey of more than 100miles. The trek was dubbed - Liver's Lancashire Lie-In and the Fulneck boarders had a fantastic time waving him off on his long journey.

A big 'thank you' to former pupil Gerald Jackson for recommending Fulneck to host the kick-off of the event!

Later in the week we also celebrated Children in Need in school. Our students dressed up in their best spotty outfits and took part in spotty themed lessons. The school raised nearly £800 for young people and children across the U.K - a fantastic achievement by all!
